Apartment house in a satellite town outside Jhellum. Very quiet, nice staff, the owner is very caring. The entire neighborhood is fenced and parking is on the street.

It could be cleaned better.

Good standard, security. Professional and cooperative staff. Taxi services and food/breakfast available at extra cost.

Would be good to have a daily or at least every other day cleaner. Prices including breakfast and a buffet service would be ideal as gas not yet installed and cookers not working. Does have microwave and kettle to re heat food which is good.

Perfect for British/European/Western travellers. It was so refreshing to be greeted by a Yorkshire accent. Rooms and building are of European standard. Beds were particularly comfortable. Great to have food and tea options. Ikhlaq and the guys at Reception were perfectly hospitable.

Current went out for around 10 mins in the morning but soon returned. Also hotel took card payment but none of the local cash machines allowed me to take out cash with a HSBC Visa debit card. Both issues are a complaint more about Jhelum rather than the hotel.

What an amazing place! This location saved me! I was dreading going to Pakistan in the heat especially with all the electricity issues. But this place was just perfect. Extremely clean, modern and with backup generators to avoid load shedding issues. It also had ACs in all the bedrooms and even in the lounge. It was useful to have a kitchen too. The team were also very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for the perfect place in Jhelum.
