Premier Heights Hotel in the new city is really excellent. The hotel staff along with how amazing the rooms are makes the stay even better. The staff really look after you, which makes the stay even better as I feel safe to walk around the streets within the city. If there is something that I need doing like laundry facilities, the hotel will accommodate and assist to fulfill my needs. They are on call 24/7 and will respond to any issues you may have then help you to resolve them. There is no need to worry about the electricity going off as they have their own generator. There is a zoo and some shopping shops for everyday goods around the area. I would really recommend for anyone who visits Jhelum to stay in this hotel. One of the best treatments I have received from a hotel. They went above and beyond my expectations.

Stay was fantastic. Rooms were clean and staff were great. Rented a car from them too. The food is also great would def stay again. Highly reccomended.

Stayed in alot of hotels in pakistan must say this has to be in the top 10.. Clean.. comfortable.. friendly staff.. value for money.. highly recommend

Great location for the kids, zoo and theme park are 2 min walk away aswell as the shops, rooms are very clean and have all the facilities that are needed, staff are very friendly and are there to help throughout the day and night, would definitely recommend
