la ubicación estrictamente por cuestiones de trabajo, pero muy lejos de tiendas bares o restaurantes

el restaurante tiene un horario muy limitado de servicio. Debería atender en horario más amplio ya que no hay opciones extra para comer. Ademas recepciòn nos dejo esperando mas de 40 minutos, NO HABIA QUIEN ATENDIERA.

Hotel it's very close to a nice beach

Hotel needs a elevator , specialty if the room it's in the 4th floor ,, Restaurant should be Open a list until 8 pm , It will be nice if they put a small refrigerator inside the rooms ,, Ok

"The value was what we wanted and the rooms were ok, but we will reconsider are next visit."

Liked the location; however, the lack of adult beverages was disappointing. Couldn't locate the check in person for over 30 minutes, and when we did, he was less than friendly and helpful. Even though we requested an early check-in and called to confirm that it would be ok, he still charged us an additional fee to access the rooms.

The desk and check-in service were uncooperative even after he confirmed that we had confirmed our requests. He did not explain how to access the electricity or services in the room or the available services and facilities.

"For the Price, decently nice."

The quietness of the area, it was very chill and relaxed. Great breeze in the morning through the area. Easy check in and awesome little private beach area. Awesome sunsets.

The hotel looks more worn out than it does in the Booking.com pictures, pillows for beds are a bit too high and firm. I would suggest bringing your own for comfort. Pool area also did not look the same than in the photos. Still a nice hotel, the room was very clean and staff made the beds while we were out everyday. Kudos to Lucy our housekeeper. Restaurant staff was friendly too, not a lot of menu options, but considering the location, nice to have that close by instead of driving back to the Malecon.

NOBODY was there! the hotel is ABANDONED!!!!! WHAT A DISGRACE! WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! NO STAFF!!! WE EVEN TRIED TO CALL... NOBODY ANSWERED!!!! NO GUESTS!!!
