It has balconys

Installations seem that never had a renovation since a lot of years. Was cold at night and didn't have linge to my kids and I to cover on the bed for two nights. Reception wasn't always there.

"Lovely location"

The location is great.

We've stayed at this hotel once before. It could use an upgrade but that's no big deal, we brought our own towels. Next time I'll bring our own pillows as well since they only give you 2 for a king size bed. The plumbing is really old in the building we were put in (room 141) so all night the buzzing of the water pump was a bit much. Since it's "low season" the onsite restaurant is only open from 8a to 3p so we had to go off the property if we wanted to eat past 3p.

Beautiful beach with great snorkeling right there! Rooms were dated but very clean. It was not busy and it is quiet. Cleaning staff is excellent and friendly.

A little far from Melecon if you don't have a car. It would be nice to have a small fridge in the room, seeing as you're further from restaurants.

The location is amazing! The views are beautiful! The proximity to Balandra beach and Pichilingue is very convenient. The tour captain was amazing, super considerate of our comfort and wellbeing, thank you!

All was good, a little update in restaurant outside area can be considered. The food is good!

The gentleman who checked me in was very helpful

Room was cold, only a sheet and heater did not blow warm, no fridge in the room, but you can rent one .. on-site restaurant is closed
