The view of the sea from the room was nice

The attitude of staff, facilities and location which is next to a major port! We had clogged toilet and the staff did not want to help us, when they did, they found us a plunger to let me clean up myself-no maintenence staff helped! When leaving they wanted us to pay for cleaning of bed sheets for simple stains of sea algae! There was no blanket in the room, there was no electricity or water one morning!

Large clean spacious room

Stated room with a sea view. Whilst we did have one it overlooked the dock/marina and had a outside corridor to the next apartment which meant they could see straight into our room. Signage directions to the reception where not very clear.

The view was great, the bed was fantastic with very good linnen, nice shower, kind staff.

Beach has cheap plastic seats and no sunbeds. It was harder to get in and out of town than i prepared. Übers charge extra besides the app (total 300mxn). This is not responsibility of the hotel, but something guests should realise. Times of the shuttlebus are unknown.

Private beach is great for swimming even for kids (but the sand has a lot of small shells). The restaurant is good and the staff is really kind. If you are looking for taking a rest and totally private place this is perfect. I’ll come back again for sure!

The location is around 30 minutes from the city, so you need to prepare yourself, no groceries close.

Nice little beach Food was good

This is a nice hotel if you are diving or fishing It has its own little beach. Location is very noisy at ferry terminal. Staff are very nice. The hotel needs a Reno But fairly good value for its condition and location.

There wasn't a breakfast that I knew of. Liked the view of the water and the bed was very comfortable. Liked the friendly staff.

Didn't like the restaurant; it felt like I was intruding on the staff being there and I couldn't tell if they were open or closed. I asked for ice and was charged a ridiculous amount for some old 'stale' ice.

Update your website to show people what the resort really looks like. I was SO disappointed at the shape the place was in. We really have nothing good to say.
