Gabby was a great host at El Ultimo Maya! He was quite welcoming and answered any questions I had about Akumal and things to do. The food in the restaurant was really good. I was in a room on the first floor and enjoyed sitting at the table and chairs in the lounge area outside the rooms. The whole area was decorated with many beautiful plants. The area the hotel was in is very quiet.

The room I was in seemed a little run down and dark inside. This is not luxury accommodation. I didn't realize it would be so far from the beach, but it was an easy enough 20 mins or so walk to get there.

L'emplacement est un peu éloigné des plages mais ça se fait facilement en 30 min. Au milieu du village, c'est sympa. Endroit à privilégier pour les courts arrêts.

La douche n'a pas de pression et pas forcément d'eau chaude. Le lit n’est pas très confortable. Il y a certainement un poulailler derrière la chambre.

I love this place stayed years ago . The manager is so helpful and nice. Will be back !! It is within walking distance to beach. Very clean and very nice atmosphere. Good Vibe
