So cozy, so clean room! Even got sauna! Very beautiful view! Helpful and very helpful staff ❤️

Breakfast served very late (start at 10am and finish at 12pm) Inconsistent water temperature. Room is a bit dusty (could be because of the fur blanket)

This is the best place to stay at, the property is brilliant with endless views. The bed and room are very comfortable. Clean bathroom with sauna. The staff are so polite and extremely helpful, especially Iyngkar the supervisor. Food is available until 4 pm on the same property and there are arrangements to descend to the lower station for dinner in the evening. Highly also recommend bringing some food of your own as well.

The hotel staff and location was amazing we loved the facility Mr Bekarys was amazing he personally assisted us for all our queries each time we message he instantly assisted us, we never had such a friendly and helping approach with any other hotels, much appreciated The room was amazing with mountain view, it even had nesperesso machine and also netflix tv, with marshall speaker, the water was so pure to drink, toilets have towel heater and private sauna we enjoyed it like heaven Overall 100/100 must must try Ps: for one day we had issue with head it was headache and kind of dizzy feel due to the 3200 meter above sea level which we cannot blame the hotel , but rest all are fine Breakfast was from partner resturant Syn32 which had amazing english breakfast and cappacinos and lattes

The door lock was bit confusing and hard to lock unlock
