The bed and the pillow are very very bad, too hard to move to the hotel from the cable car station specially if you’re going from the room to the station, the cable car timings are not the same always, last day we couldn’t go down because of some maintenance and we forced to stay on the room for more than 14 hours without food because no one can bring us food and the restaurant was closed ,the key of the room was so huge and the toilet was smelly most of the time

One of the best stays I've ever had. View was incredible, the supervisor Ingkar was amazing help, the room was stunning ... Honestly just a magical stay, and it's very hard for me not to give 10/10. I have never felt more relaxed in a more beautiful location, and found ourselves sitting by the window for hours.

I was just disappointed with the location. Not the fault of the Hotel, but Shymbulak Ski resort itself was disappointing. It's a Ski resort designed for day tourists who return to city before dark, and doesn't keep enough open for people staying in the resort. Bringing the luggage up to the hotel was very difficult and tiring (Cable cars only). The cable car turned off at 4:30pm, and is the ONLY way to and from Hotel to the main Ski resort. The limited Cable car timings after that were not good enough and had us quickly paying the bill to rush back to the hotel so we did not get stranded. Restaurants all closed at 4:30pm, and the 3 that stayed open after 5pm ran out of everything on the Menu. The Altitude of hotel is 10,500ft (3200m) ... that's 1/3 of the height of Mt Everest, I would NOT recommended consuming alcohol (like we did) because it had a very negative impact on our altitude sickness.. The second night however we were fine with minor high altitude symptoms, but still took some heavy breathing given the lower oxygen. Despite all the of that, still an 8/10 for one of the best stays we've had. I recommend only coming here if Night Skiing is on, when restaurants open later. Also I recommend doing all research first, this hotel can only be accessed at certain timings. Late night flight? Forget about it. Arrive before 3:30pm, on a night Ski night, or prepare to be stressed.

My stay at Tenir Eco Hotel was exceptional in every way! The location is breathtaking, surrounded by towering mountains and offering stunning views of nature, making the experience truly unforgettable. The room was clean, very comfortable, and had a modern design that blended perfectly with the surrounding landscape. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff always ready to assist. Breakfast was delicious and diverse, especially when enjoyed outdoors with a peaceful and serene atmosphere.

i came on January very bad location to reach and no asstiance to carry your bags ,limited type of food and not good , for room service we need to pay extra for delivering food to room ,i paid 2000 and 5000 thousand extra, very bad Wifi connection and no signal for mobile network, for cable car tickets only one time use i paid extra because i stayed 2 nights , limited time for cable car which not useful , heater and sauna not working room was very cold , I don't recommend this facility to stay because over priced for for service provided

The luggage service while going up and down should be more professional You have to check the cable car times every single day
