L'hotel est central dans Munnar, facilement accessible depuis les stations de bus ainsi que des restaurants et autre boutiques proches. La chambre était propre, grande et confortable. Le personnel est sympathique, attentif, disponible.

Great location, very comfortable and spacious room, and the staff was incredibly helpful with anything needed!

Bien situé un peu en retrait de la rue. Personnel charmant et toujours de bons conseils.

Pas de petit dejeuner sur place.

The rooms are very nice with a fan to keep you cool. Unfortunately, there is no ventilation in the rooms, so the moisture gets trapped inside, causing mold. It is very sad to see, as the rooms look newly renovated and very clean. There was a lot of mold, and you could see condensation on the windows when you woke up. The personell where very friendly and can help you with planning trips.

Rooms were big

Check in was smooth and easy Room was clean and spacious. Receptionist iliyas was friendly and helpful with locations and transportation. We didn't expect him to be that helpful.

Hill side view was missing Also Food option not available

In central Munnar it was easy to get to places from the hotel. The staff were lovely and friendly. Room was clean, large and bathroom was too with hot water. The church and school is nearby as so do get noise from those but didn't bother me.
