I booked a deluxe room it had some ceiling coming off, the toilet was not clean.

La gentilezza e la disponibilità prima di tutto, sempre pronti a rispondere ad ogni richiesta nel migliore dei modi. In particolare hanno trovato il modo di farmi fare in una singola giornata le tappe che volevo, anche se non erano previsti nei pacchetti standard di Munnar “one direction”.Camera molto spaziosa e pulita, connessione wifi ottima. A dieci minuti dal centro di Munnar, appena interna rispetto la strada principale, tanto da risultare tranquilla nonostante il traffico. A pochi passi ristorantini locali molto buoni.

La prima notte la camera era un po’ umida ma poi è passato e un po’ poca privacy perché era posizionata al piano terra di fronte all’ingresso. Di contro la reception è a due passi per qualsiasi domanda!

צוות המלון פשוט מקסים! עשה הכל כדי לשפר את השהייה שלנו. בלילה הראשון קיבלנו חדר שלא היינו מרוצים ממנו וללא בעיות העבירו אותנו לחדר אחר. מיקום מרכזי. חדרים פשוטים, נעימים, אווירה מאוד אכפתית של הצוות.

המים החמים זה פשוט לא לענין... הם חמים לשתי דקות ויוצאים בזרם מאוד לא אפשרי. המיקום אמנם מרכזי אבל מאוד מאוד רועש...

Excel·lent opció a Munnar si vols estar a prop del centre caminant, hi ha uns 10-15 minuts per arribar al mercat i restaurants del centre, però també hi ha restaurants prop de l'hotel. Les habitacions són grans i molt còmodes, un osasis on descansar. El propietari de l'hotel és molt amable i em va ajudar a organitzar el què vaig necessitar (tour, taxi...), i fins i tot a aconseguir un regal pel meu marit de la qual estic molt agraïda. També va tenir el detall de posar-nos a prop dues noies que viatjaven soles, la qual és un detall que vaig apreciar. Moltes gràcies
