Super Hotel O Nashik Road Formerly The Address Hotel

They changed our hotel. Somebody rang me saying that due to the ongoing renovation we offered to change the hotel, to which I replied, no problem go ahead. The new hotel given to us was #Om Sai lodging, SNo. 242/1/2nd floor, bhagwati complex, Opp Anuradha theatre , Rajwada nagar, near NK road railway station Nashik. I had deposited rs 892/-advance to reserve the accommodation. When we four members checked in at the above hotel, the advance amount was shown as rs 607/-... ie 285/-less. I showed them my deduction online but they did not budge. Instead of indulging in any altercation with them the remaining amount was deposited. The rooms seemed to be modified classrooms, rooms had no wardrobe,no TV, provided only one small blanket. Mosquitoes were plenty.When asked to give one more blanket they refused rudely. All of us are senior citizens and pensioners. We had a nice stay at Mumbai and Shirdhi but the experience at Nashik was bad. We will not recommend anybody to even look at this property.

Only the location as it was near the railway station

The room was very bad. Not at all clean. The bed was not proper. The washroom was very unclean. Everywhere cockroaches. The worst part is I booked another fab hotel and I failed to pay the initial amount within 10 mins so that hotel booking was cancelled and your other fab customer care operator suggested this and I had no option other than to take this hotel as it was last minute. He should have at least gone through the reviews and informed me. Not worth the money

Nothing. It was all a lie compared to the pictures shown

The whole building does not belong to the hotel. Your floors belonging to the hotel were under renovation which was not disclosed at the time of booking. The room was not clean or maintained

Room was nice and clean. Location was nice. Staff behavior was nice and helpful. near railway station

First of all please start sending proper working phone number of hotel once booking is done. I struggled for more than half hr just to hotel staff phone number to contact. Because I reached late, no one was there on hotel. The number given by fab hotel customer care was not in service.
