Washroom was dirty and when asked, was cleaned by water only.

Room safety as latch was missing.

NOTHING, the room was not even worth of paying 500/-

The Fab Hotel and the owner just cheated Rs. 627/- from me. As I booked the hotel through Booking.com, I got a whatsapp message from Fab Hotel to pay an advance of Rs. 627/- for the confirmation of Booking. And I paid the said amount for the Confirmation of booking. But when I arrived at Hotel I was compelled to pay the whole booking amount of Rs. 2088/- by the owner of the property. And when I asked them that I had already paid Rs.627/- to your Partner i.e. Fab Hotel and I had also showed them all the messages and the screen shot of the payment. They were not at all interested in it and when I called the FAB HOTEL Customer care several times and also mailed them throught email about the issue they did not replied to me properly and even didn't refund the said amount. So BEWARE OF the Fab hotels before making any advance payment.

Even if breakfast was part of our Booking, on our arrival we came to know that they don't have breakfast facility. No breakfast was provided.

To start with....as soon as we checked in we noted that bed linen were not changed (bedsheets were torned) and towels were wet, we complained to the staff and receptionist but they said this is what they have and it's already changed. Next horrible experience was Water in the taps..it's so dirty that we had to use bottled Water for getting fresh....it dint stop here...we were here for just one night and there were so much power fluctuations that we had to survive full night without fan and light. Finally we left the room at 7 am in the morning and when we went to the reception there was no one to listen to us and we had to call staff (they have a note written that after calling staff will come in 15 minutes). When we complained to the staff about our issues, he just spoke so disrespectfully that we just left the hotel and chose to be out for the rest of the day than in this horrible shitty place. Our request to Fabhotel that they should not list such places on their page and give rating which are not at all justifiable. Stop misleading your customers and cheating them.
