We didnt get our breakfast as the lady told us that the food is finished and with attitude. And my money of breakfast i didn't get it so it went down the drain

The location was close to the event we attended.

the room was not clean, short of towels, no warm water to shower with,the AC wasn't working and the room was cold, the extra blankets in the wardrobe had an unplesent smell

It's in the safe location close by the mall.

The booking I made online included breakfast but in the morning I was told a different story and they was no breakfast for us which really inconvenience me cause we were attending a special occasion and I had to come up with plan B and be on time for the event. The driveway in gate needs to be sorted out to accommodate all type of cars. The door room handle were loose. Water pressure very slow. There was noise on the second night that really disturb me.
