I like the way the staff members welcome us.

I liked everything about it

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Shower was great too!

We drove there at night and would not recommend doing that if you don't know the city. The door to the room did not lock (we shoved the chair against the door), the bathroom door didn't close. At breakfast, a group got in before us and by the time we got to the food, it was pretty much gone

Party by staff members on my last night. noisy couple every night stayed next to me.

On 08 August 2024 at 22:30 at night we were harrassed by the staff on duty when we complained about loud talking and slamming of doors by other guests. She got all of them together and came and scream profusely in front of our room. Such unprofessional behaviour I've never encountered. It was so bad we left after payed for 4 more days.

They breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly

The bedding was dirty,the aircon was not working

Very friendly staff I loved all of them. Very clean

Accessible location. Breakfast was just okay.

All was in order. Only parking is a bit of a challenge especially if the venue is full.
