"Bad stay at this hotel."

No hot water, door handles not working, no bottled water provided - someone had to ask from the receptionist. Other guests were playing loud music and making noise. The matter was reported and the receptionist failed to take action. The price was confirmed online, and upon arrival I was given a different price and refused it until it was changed.

The place is nice and Bea, very clean and the staff is very friendly

Water was cold all 3 days, complained but nothing was done. There is no Wi-Fi coverage in the bedroom. There was no load shedding schedule and was told that generators do t have diesel
