Clean and comfortable accommodation with plenty of shared amenities.

I was in room 11 and it was noisy as it was at the top of the stairs. The sensor light from outside also shone through the brick vent holes at the top of the wall. I definitely will bring ear plugs and an eye mask if there's a next time.

The music and the noise….

It was in a central position with great access to free parking and the main street. The refreshments were plentiful and the outdoor spaces front and back were delightful. The staff were helpful and friendly at all times.

The common space or tv room seemed overcrowded and littered with washing and clothing. The toilets were in need of a good clean more times than what was been done during our stay.

The lighting was terrible. Extreme bright white floodlight at the back blinded me coming in and also the hall lights were mega bright white and remained on all night. The light pierced into bedroom around the door. The bed wasn't comfortable and there wasn't a bedside light to get some relief from the bright florescent light in room. There was also not enough milk for tea only one tiny sachet and an empty one. One needs at least 2 or 3 of these to have a good cuppa. Being a Friday night the pub downstairs was loud until 3 am which is something people should think about if booking here
