they are degrading their standards , everytime standard of breakfast and services is going down Repair works happening with no concern for guests.

The staff were very very kind and helpful. The went out of their way to assist me with everything. The front office person is very good at his job. Only problem I dont speak hindi but still we managed to communicate

The staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. The food was good and included a variety of options. We were offered room cleaning every day, which included fresh towels, complimentary bottled water and shower gel/shampoo. Our room was on the smaller side but the bed was big and very comfortable. The bathroom included a big shower, a western toilet and toilet paper.

Two things main things. 1) We didn't use the pool as the water was cloudy, which was a shame. 2) We stayed in room 104 and our room had a damp problem. It took me a day or so to realise that the slightly musty smell wasn't just the aircon and that there were actual mushrooms growing out of the wall. Another point to be aware of, the hotel is a little out of the way so we used taxi's to travel everywhere, which wasn't a problem for us.
