well built business hotel . Basic things were good. No frills Swimming Pool was unavailable . Decent limited breakfast. Staff lack the polish and courtesy but are helpful in their own way

"Good, modern hotel, with friendly staff about 3 miles south of historic area in Panjim."

Room was very nice and had a comfy bed, cold air conditioning, ceiling fans, good bathroom/shower, and staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The included breakfast buffet was very good also.

It’s about 3 miles or so from the historical part of town in Panjim. I usually paid 400-500 rupees for a taxi to the Fontainhas area in Panjim, and could usually get a tuk tuk back for 250-300 rupees.
