Śniadanie bardzo dobre i duży wybór dań. Nad wyraz grzeczny i pomocny staff. Zameldowanie było w sobotę późnym popołudniem, więc wejście do hotelu odbyło się przy pomocy instrukcji telefonicznej. Pani z obsługi zadzwoniła jeszcze potem zapytać, czy się udało dostać do pokoju. Byłam mile zaskoczona troską o klienta. Dziękuję i tak trzymać.

Nie było klucza do pokoju przy breloczku. Nie mogłam otworzyć pokoju kartą (breloczkiem), mimo, że Pani z obsługi informowała o tym telefonicznie.
