Apartament na wyłączność, dobrze zaopatrzony, czysty.

Bardzo trudny kontakt z obsługą. Mimo podanej możliwości zameldowania do 24.00 po 23 brak obsługi na miejscu i nie odbierane telefony. SMS ze sposobem zameldowania lakoniczny, nieścisły.

Clean comfortable room.

Nobody was present and I needed the help of another guest speaking Polish, because they didn't understand English in a useful way. So I had to wait 15 minutes outside sitting on a bench waiting for employees to come.

Czysto, przytulnie.

Rezerwowałam na stronie Booking pokój z jednym dużym łóżkiem a dostaliśmy dwa pojedyncze. Po telefonie do obsługi hotelu usłyszałam, że jeżeli przez stronę Booking mam rezerwację to mam tam wyjaśniać. Zaznaczam, że rezerwację zrobiłam w tym hotelu ponieważ jako jedyny w tym czasie oferował duże łóżko. Pokój pozostał bez zmian!!!! Śniadanie 5 na 10( woda do picia jest, ale trzeba za nią zapłacić dodatkowo)!!!!!

Lokalizacja fajna, personel uprzejmy, czysciutko i pachnąco w pokoju...parking monitorowany, restauracyjka ale niestety nie skorzystałem z powodu niedyspozycji pofestiwalowej😁 blisko do gastronomii sklepów.. bardzo pozytywnie oceniam
