Grade Hotel Shenzhen Shekou Sea World

Location only.

The Aircon is not working, very hot. Staff treated me as a kid and told me "it's hot outside that's why". Room 8912 and room 8918 both had the same issue and then we just lived with it. We didn't enjoy the room as it was too hot and not comfortable. All the hangers were dusty. It's a pity the hotel has a good potential but a lack of care. Also our rooms were smelly, kind of wood/cigarette smells! No expensive hotel should offer a smelly room. At last, the rooms are not soundproof and you can hear everything coming from your neighbours and the hallway. I wont come again.

The room is very comfortable, bed is comfy, and the staff are very nice too. Breakfast is good and a lot variety of food are provided.

Bedroom was great but the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever tried. Really good. Breakfast is excellent

The room was great. Very clean I think. The bed was very comfortable. All the facilities I required were available.

The view was awful. My room overlooked an older part of Shekou. I was supposed to get a mountain view. It’s my fault. I should have complained.

Good quality fixtures and fittings and space to read , sit or have small meetings and conversations

Air in the first room was a little musty (must not have been lived in for a while) but I was given another room quickly which was very good
