there's a kitchen but no cuttleries. Good to use for take out food. Maybe need to request first. but not necessary. so I think it's OK

The cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. Our first room was dirty and had a funny smell so they moved us quickly. Comfy beds and pillows

Cleanliness was a bit questionable in some rooms (IE the first room) and buffet area (found a cockroach).

Super convenient. Right above a metro station, very close to supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants. The 2-bedroom apartment is clean and spacious for a family of 4. Neighbors are quiet. A really relaxing place to stay.
