Не было чайника и холодильника в номере. Для нас это было очень важно при бронировании. В удобствах это было указано - по факту отсутствовало.

ITDifficile trovare qualcosa di positivo nel soggiorno. Abbiamo potuto fare il check in in tarda serata. Esperienza terribile.
Le condizioni stabilite al momento del pagamento non sono state soddisfatte: camere Senza aria condizionata, solo una delle due aveva un ventilatore. Le coperte erano macchiate. Una camera aveva il bagno con luce non funzionante e il lavandino ostruito. Segnalato il problema all'ingresso in camera, ci è stato detto che non erano disponibili altre sistemazioni e non c'era soluzione per i nostri problemi. Abbiamo chiesto in uscita un rimborso, ci è stato lasciato un contatto da richiamare che dopo due giorni ha risposto comunicando la negazione del rimborso. Avremmo apprezzato delle scuse almeno, mai ricevute. Anzi, nella chiamata i toni del personale sono stati irragionevolmente inappropriati. Cafoni!
