Un po vecchiotto, ma comunque pulito
ITIl bagno era abbastanza ampio e pulito. C'era l'ascensore. Le lenzuola erano pulite.
La finestra aveva fuori un piccolo alveare, non c'era zanzariera, le tende erano strappate, la presa elettrica accanto al letto era rovinata. Il pavimento aveva dei buchi. I vetri delle finestre erano sporchi. Non c'era aria condizionata. Il frigo bar era vuoto e staccato. La camera era poco insonorizzata e si sentiva il rumore dei condizionatori esterni o altri rumori simili. La carta da parati alle pareti era leggermente scrostata.

DEPreis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist top, was absolut positiv gemeint ist. Spinea ist ein nettes Städtchen und Venedig super gut zu erreichen. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. Die Ausstattung war einfach, aber absolut ausreichend; auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt.
Mit einer Ausnahme war das Peronal freundlich.
