Location was perfect. It was lovely and clean and great instructions for entering this building as you don’t meet the owners/staff.

The only thing we could find to complain about was the lack of toilet paper. This wasn’t a huge problem, just the only thing if anything we could highlight.

The accommodation and location were perfect. The host was especially responsive, flexible and understanding.

Loved the location, the property and how stocked and clean, our only issue was we were in room 1 and some of the other residents were very noisy coming in later, banging the front door (next to our room) and chattering like they were the only ones there, other than that all good, just try and avoid room 1

The room was spotless, comfortable, and finished to a very high standard. Check-in and access were completely seamless, making arrival effortless. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the centre of Alnwick and its attractions. Everything was well maintained, quiet, and exactly as described. A perfect base for exploring Northumberland and I would happily stay again.

The location was superb for accessing The Town, Castle and Gardens. Appreciated the milk in the fridge available to all guests

Room was very small, fine for a night.

Very clean and quiet we didn’t hear anyone else in the building and a great location parking was great next door at The Plough
