The location and room was great

The noise of the mascerator in each room /adjoining rooms was unpleasant especially in the early hours (01.45) not really low noise? And the soundproofing definitely not working. The gap under the fire door letting light in from the hallway, I had to lay my jacket at the bottom of the door to stop the light (doesn't really meet fire regs?

Traffic noise unable to sleep because of it,shower running cold then very hot to the point of being dangerous the cubical was very small so unable to move out of the way of the running water.

Excellent location in town centre, walking distance to everywhere. Room very clean, bed comfortable, good shower room, plenty of parking behind the Plough pub. Good wifi, tho’ did have trouble connecting once or twice. Communal fridge just outside the room with proper fresh milk - great for early morning cuppa! Would certainly stay here again. Just for info, if you’re driving there are 2 routes into the car park; one is immediately to the right of the Plough which is tight and a bit steep ( we just about made it in our Tiguan), but there’s also another access to the right of the Bondgate Boutique immediately opposite Tate House, wider and not so steep.

Nothing much to not like. Shower was fine for us, but quite small so beware if you’re on the larger side.

Location was perfect. Cleanliness was excellent easy check in and good information

The bed was too hard for our choice but understand everybody’s preference

Lovely compact room, had everything you’d need for a night away, comfortable room, we had a little terrace outside, tea and coffee with biscuits were a great touch. We liked the ease of checking in and out. Parking was easy to find next door. Great location - visited the castle, the gardens, the Italian restaurant over the road, the ale house and the pub on the end of the street! We had a lovely time!

Everything was great!
