The Bondgate Boutique

The location was perfect - we chose Alnwick as a base for our 5 day trip around the NE Coast. The room was lovely, good storage space for our clothes, bathroom was a good size. We had plentiful hot drink provisions, and a small kettle which was great. It was very peaceful as well, minimal noise from the road and the other guests.

Very clean, comfortable room. Shower was excellent. Just what I needed after an earlier experience with another nearby guest house. Excellent value too.

The location was great for exploring Alnwick, just outside the town gates . The bed was comfortable and the bathroom nicely appointed. Parking was useful at the pub next door.

We had a room on the front and the traffic noise woke us up early, the room was also a bit tight on the window side of the bed. The macerator toilet system was a bit noisy.

Not at hotel, just a room. Toilets were Saniflow so it was unbelievably loud whenever anybody flushed rhe toilets in rhe building. Landing so cramped that couldn't get to door of room when adjacent people were there. Gap under door so light shone in all night. Room small. Access to car park incredibly difficult

Perfect location to Gardens , great bus links to Alnmouth and coastline.

Outstanding property in the heart of Alnwick. Easy walk to Alnwick gardens and castle and the famous Barters books. Immaculately clean and self check in a breeze. Room was extremely comfortable with all the amenities you could ask for. Would have no hesitation in recommending this property.
