The staff's service was excellent. I also enjoyed the comfort of the room. Value for money, I was surprised by the superb service in such a small town.

I think the place was just value for money, especially for a small town like Bedford.

Beautifully renovated. Excellent breakfast included. Safe parking provided. You are told that the bedrooms are upstairs so encountering stairs is no surprise (for the elderly). Well maintained gardens. Fabulous bakery in the complex.

Shower floor is slippery, but that problem can easily be solved with an appropriate mat.

Lovely hotel with super atmosphere. Staff were great. Very comfortable stay.

Can't think of anything. Needed an electric charging point for the car, and couldn't find one.
