We liked the location and ambience of the hotel. We were accommodated in room C at the Lodge which is a beautiful. We had requested a packed breakfast which we enjoyed route to Plettenberg

I feel that, whilst the staff were very friendly and helpful, there was very little explanation as to how things worked at the Lodge. Incorrect wifi password, no staff presence at the Lodge. When another couple arrived, we had to explain to them about the fridge/freezer etc. At night when they returned to their room I got up to turn off all the lights. A leaflet of Lodge facilities etc would have been useful on check in

Facilities and garden/leisure area. Tasteful and comfortable.

Rooms are quite noisy - can hear the other guests opening/closing doors, etc. Very little water when I showered in the morning.

The hotel is absolutely amazing with professional and friendly staff. We enjoyed everything about it.

I was served a packaged burnt shakshuka breakfast which I only saw while out for work so I ended up not eating till late afternoon.
