Hotel Decebal

Hot water was stubborn and did not join, despite having let it run for 30 minutes, one of us took a shower with cold water. Water leaked out of the shower and we were not aware of that, I slipped upon entering the bathroom and hit my knee. When confronted with the receptionist on shift, she had asked if we showered with the shower cabin doors open... Left, came back, wanted to wash my feet even with cold water, but found little hair in the corners of the shower tub. Looked like hair from the head. Apart from the fact the room looked pretty used and tarnished, hair in the shower.. I couldn't do it.. asked the receptionist who changed shift meanwhile and said he'd be offering another room when I got back. Good. Came back, were presented the room next door, same issue, hair in the shower... Was presented with a 3rd room, this time it was hair and pubic hair... no way.. The receptionist, who I have to mention entered every single room BEFORE I DID, and who didn't even check, told me that "so what's the problem? What do you want? Complain again, you came prepared". I felt offended and that he didn't get the major issue: lack of cleanliness!! .. Receptionist said " i won't give you your money back, no way", but I didn't even ask for that. I insisted all we wanted was a CLEAN SHOWER, no matter the room, and that even if I would've been refunded I'd have had to search for another accommodation... not worth bothering. This all happened around 11PM!!! Oh he also told me "what, you want more cleanliness? This is 2*, two stars... I was..perplexed... Dude, you offered me 3 rooms, all with cleaning issues! I couldn't shower, no hot water, pubic hair in the shower...rooms haven't been renovated for 20 years, dirty mats inside the rooms... Very offensive and verbally aggressive, he then went defensive and told me "I'm new to this job"..

Anything. Lowest possible concierge no hit water, pubic hair in the shower.. in 3 rooms!
