Jubarte Hotel - Tawa Beach Club

The location is fantastic, right on Ferradura Beach. It's easy to walk to other beaches and Rua das Pedras. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful.The breakfast is delicious with plenty of options to choose from.

The kitchen closed quite early, which meant we couldn't have dinner at the property. We had to head into the center every night for dinner, which was a bit inconvenient.

We had a great time staying at Jubarte! The staff is very welcoming and helpful, the rooms are clean and well equipped, the breakfast even had vegan milk (cashew) and the pool area is really relaxing. We also made use of the free access to the sister hotel on the other side of the street, where you have a gym, sauna, and spa area - that was really worth it! Thanks again to the staff for showing us around!

We were a bit surprised by the "optional 10% service fee" that was asked for during check-in and check-out. We were happy to give a tip for the staff because the service was really great, but it felt a bit odd having an optional fee on the bill which you would have to actively refuse in order to not pay it. It would also be great if there was free drinking water provided in the rooms. There is unfortunately only the minibar and for free filtered water you need to go downstairs to the reception.

Nice location. The room was good enough for our needs. Also the pool area was amazing and the breakfast tasty for our standards.

The bed sheet had a big whole and they didnt replace it during cleaning even though it was visible. Also the staff for their own reason tried to charge us both during the checkin and the checkout a big amount ~70 Euros claiming it to be a service fee. We refused to pay both times as the amount was not shown on the booking page but overall it was a bad experience.

Great comfortable bed, lovely breakfast and friendly & helpful staff (most of them). Excellent restaurant A Galeria at the hotel next door and access to the beach club.

We got the worst rooms, just at the reception downstairs. Everyone needed to go by so it was so noisy - drunk guests in the night, hall sweeping before 7 am, little kid screaming with his parents. Some guys at the reception were not very nice (but most were), also one guy at the pool bar was not very happy to see us.

Specious rooms, great air conditioning, delicious breakfast and access to Insólito’s facilities it was amazing. The warm customer care by most of their staff it’s also a nice touch. Special thanks to Vinicius, Marcos Vinicius and Jamila!!!

Our balcony was facing the street. No complimentary water in the room, but they do give small bottles upon check out with fruits, it was a nice touch. Overall it’s a great place and very relaxing ambiance!
