Jubarte Hotel - Tawa Beach Club

We really enjoyed our time here. The service staff is super friendly and welcoming. The bed was soft, but not too soft, for us very comfortable! The breakfast is great: fresh juice, a good, strong coffee, you can chose different egg dishes, tapioca pancakes, fruit, Joghurt and granola which are brought to you freshly and there is a nice selection of bread and cake, some fruits, cheese and charcuterie, and tea. I liked that not everything was buffet style, but you got the chance to order what you liked and it came freshly from the kitchen. Being able to use the facilities of the Insólito Hotel next door is awesome. They have a heated pool, spa service, playing room with billiard, private access to the sea, a sauna. There are free Hatha Yoga classes on Friday afternoon and Saturday and Sunday morning at the moment. Towels for the pool and beach are provided for free. There is drinking water at the entrance for free. Showers are strong and hot. And WiFi fast and reliable. Basically anything you could wish for. I would 100% recommend staying here! We did not try the beach club for which there is free access for guests of the hotel as well. Walking to the beach front of Búzios is about 30 min. walk and you can also easily call an Uber for approx. 5€ one way.

The only suggestion for improvement for us would be to explain the voluntary service charge at the end: you are asked to pay a service charge which is not mentioned on Booking. It is not mandatory. We were told it's a kind of tipp that is passed on to the staff. Since we liked the service a lot, we paid it. But we were able to choose the amount that we wanted to pay. So the amount they ask for is more like a suggestion.

Great location for a relaxing getaway. The staff were very lovely and spoke good English. We especially loved the breakfast selection, service and sea view. The free morning yoga class was also a great experience.

Too much noise and light in the room.

We were warmly welcomed by the reception staff, who assisted us with all our needs. The breakfast has a large variety of options, with fresh and healthy options. The room is spacious and clean, and the bed is very comfortable. The access to the Insolito hotel is certainly a plus point. The facilities of Insolito are amazing and breathtaking, and the staff are fantastic! We loved the days we spent there.

Breakfast Washington very good And all personnel very kind

Jubarte hotel was like staying in paradise. Beautiful location overlooking the beach and you have access to the hotel across the road, which has an incredible outdoor area. Not overcrowded and all the staff were really friendly.

Only downside was it’s about a 30min walk into the centre of Buzios but taxis are really cheap and easy to get. It’s also nice to be away from the busyness of Buzios.

Staff kindness, breakfast is very tasty, rooms are very comfortable and location is prime. Check in and check out are very straightforward and smooth

Menu at the at the Insolito facility restaurant can improve the offering. For families it would be nice to haver broader variety of options. Hamburgers, pizzas or any other options along with nice steaks is a must.
