Nothing was to not like

Staff at all lovely and the property itself has a really pleasant oldy-worldy atmosphere

Location to the cathedral and the staff were amazing

No air conditioning in the heatwave so bedrooms very uncomfortable

Welcoming staff and attentive in the dining room. Excellent breakfast, The room was comfortable and the bathroom spacious. The location close to the cathedral was just what I needed

To be fair there was a warning that there was limited space in the car park and I had to leave my car in a public car park which was a walk away. My room was noisy at night as I was above the kitchen with air conditioners turning on and off all the time.

Brilliant location, lovely bedroom, cleanliness faultless and very helpful staff.

The location is perfect to explore Wells, a charming city and the surrounding area.

One hair short off perfection in a drawer. It was wonderful in all other respects.

Everything about this hotel was enchanting and delightful. We had a room with a view of the cathedral. Special to see it lit up at night. Downstairs we enjoyed fish and chips and a pie. Staff were very helpful. When we see who else has slept here we feel privileged

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location. Spectacular view of the cathedral from our bedroom. Incredible choice of buffet and cooked breakfast. Staff were helpful, friendly and courteous, could not ask for more. The restaurant was lovely and the food was superb
