Location and the staff. The staff booked our over night cruise trip through one of their partners and we loved it. We even got our room upgraded in the cruise trip. That was awesome.

All in all the room was good for the price..

The aircon was not working, bedsheets seemed to be used by someone else before. Bathroom was flooding after showering and the water didn't go down..
