"Exceptional"

Very nice and clean hotel. The staff is attentive and speaks good English. There were no problems.

The only negative is that all rooms have not one large bed, but two small ones; sleeping on them with one blanket is very uncomfortable.

Room was fine for the price

It says beachfront hotel and it is nowhere near a beach! We wouldn't have booked had we known. Staff fairly disinterested.

"Very nice hotel, location maybe not ideal for foreign tourists"

The staff were very friendly and helpful in booking a cruise tour. The bed was comfy and desk was great for workspace. Very quiet location away from very busy streets.

The restaurant was closed during my stay here which meant walking around a bit to find somewhere to eat all the time as Grab would always cancel your order if you didn't feel like going out.

The stay was beyond our expectations. The room were nice and clean. The bathroom was really nice. The staff were very friendly and was very good at helping to find places to eat or recommend and arranger activities. We mostly talked with sung who is the nicest person. The other receptionnist are also great, we just didn't talk so much with them. Overall a really good stay!
