Harmony HaLong Hotel

Very well maintained with a great feel to the building, very spacious and open with Marble columns and arches.

Amazing clean hotel. Beautiful rooms. Amazing staff. This should be a 5 star. Best hotel in HaLong. We even had dinner together! If you are coming to HaLong then you MUST stay here. This is such an amazing hotel in the best location. You have shops, restaurants, beach and amazing scenery all around within 2 minutes walking. Everything you need is here. I will be staying again and recommending to everyone! I love this place and my favourite hotel!

Everything was more than perfect. Zero complaints.

The room was nice. Everything was clean. We found many nice cafes and a little supermarket nearby.

The bed is a bit hard for our taste. The bed has some light switches located right at the head of the bed so you have to be very careful not to switch on the light in the middle of the night..

The room was cleaned everyday and the price was reasonable.

The hotel isn’t close to that much. The small amount of restaurants near by just seemed to be Korean bbq. You will need to use Grab/Taxis to get to most places.

Don't take the tour to Halong Bay, is another company and is awful.

I paid the price of a hotel for a homestay. The hotel is very informal. Reception was friendly but staff have no uniform. The hotel owner's family was using the lobby as their dinning room. (They were grilling squid and smoking cigarettes.) The whole place smells like food all the time. Rooms are spacious but amenties are very basic. The drainage in the shower is a complete failure. I had to stop shower to wait for water to drain. Floor is very greasy. The area is relatively new with lots of dinning options. I would stay at Ha Long city next time to save commute time and be closer to the marina/ferry port.

The place is awesome, the staff helpful, and it has a great value.

Even though they were really nice getting me the tour to Halong bay, there were several problems with that tour(that doesn't belong to the hotel) , starting from the rude guide, the staff were not so nice either, they offer a plan but just completed partially, and you have to pay any time you need ices even you pay already over price drinks.
