Check-in Hamburg

Bei der Buchung, die man per Mail erhält, fehlte die Buchungsnummer, da man ansonsten nicht einchecken kann!Daraufhin habe ich versucht, die Servicenummer zu kontaktieren, die leider nicht existiert! Hinter mir kamen schon mehrere Besucher, die ebenfalls einchecken wollten! Zum Glück erwies sich der Live-Chat des Anbieters als Retter und erhielt endlich die erforderliche Zimmerkarte (musste nach der Reise dringend aufs Klo!!).

Kein Personal, Aufzug defekt, einchecken war lästig. Nur Kartenzahlung. Einfach mies. Das Bett war bequem.

The self check in is complicated ..& takes more timeto do it..broken lift with our room at 5 floor its quite disappointing

It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I couldn't stay there, it was full of bed bugs. The hotel doesn't answer the phone, doesn't reply to messages. I arrived at 01:00 to sleep and had to leave at 02:00 at night, buy a new ticket to go home and cancel everything I had planned for the weekend in Hamburg. It's unclean and unsafe. This place should be closed. Does anyone check the licenses?! it should not be allowed to work there. It's dangerous to your health. I want my money back. It's not a hotel, it's the same as sleeping on the street.

I knew that its a busy area but very convinient for getting around as only few minutes from Hauptbahnhof. Cant complain other that I missed a important code for the automat check in. But it got solved. Thanks to on site person who turned up. Thank you

Everything from food to transportation are quite close. Bathrooms and the bedroom were clean. The check-in was a bit tricky, but the reception is nearby too, if help was needed. Thank you. Von Ess- bis Verkehrsmöglichkeiten, alles fußläufig. Das Bad sowie das Zimmer waren sauber. Der Check-In lief nicht nach Plan, eine Rezeption gab es jedoch in der Nähe zur Hilfe. Vielen Dank.

The place is INFESTED with bed bugs!! We abandoned the place, there was no one answering when calling the number, so had to find another hotel. Room had been used for smokers, tiny narrow and bath/toilet not in the room despite we had booked our own. The pictures shown on the booking side has nothing to do with the real state or looks of the rooms. Elevator is STILL out of order

Rundum: Es war okay. Für 1-2 Nächte machbar aber mehr auch nicht. Das Hotel liegt ja wirklich direkt am Bahnhof, also erreicht man alles super schnell, dafür ist es aber auch super laut. Mein Zimmer war gefühlt ein kleiner Kasten und das Badezimmer war auf dem Flur (trotzdem nur betretbar mit Zimmerkarte) aber das war in Ordnung. Brauchte ja wirklich nur ein Schlafplatz und für die paar € war es okay. Der Check In über den automaten war jetzt nicht so meins und ich hatte damit einige Probleme aber als es dann geklappt hat (mit Hilfe vom Kundenservice) hatte ich auch keine Probleme mehr. Allem in Allem: Wer nur was zum schlafen sucht, wird hier was finden.
