Location and respectful all is good

They are professional liars, not a hotel. It says refrigerator and many other things in the listing. When i came there was nothing like described. I asked to cancel since its not according and the receptionist was extremely rude. She said you can cancel, i explained if i did i will not get refund. They have to cancel. She just kept playing games acting like she is calling someone and kept ignoring me. I waited 1 hour in lobby to know what is the status and she kept ignoring me. Finally after so much back and forward she said they will cancel and refund. But that was a lie just to get me out of there. They did not cancel nor refund. Next day i called them and asked why they have not yet cancelled, they lie again and said they will not cancel because there is a refrigerator in the room or its not listed in the description. Just big lie! Unbelievable. Rude staff, liars and false marketing. Stay away!!!

The room was spacious

First of all my flight was delayed and when I arrived at the hotel my booking was cancelled on the hotels system although it was still confirmed on the booking. Com app. I had to cancel my booking and make another room booking with a higher price .. The room was totally unclean .. no toilet amenities.. no towels.. I asked for a non-smoking room, but the room and whole floor smelled bad.. The walls had moulds, and the aircon was leaking
