"Passable"

Staying one night is fine.

There was only a face towel in the room, not even soap. There is only one glass for two guests. Very sad old hotel room.

The hotel and room are super dingy. Everything is broken. They also didn't provide me with towel and amenities until I asked the next day.

No wifi available due to technical issue, soap & shampoo are too small, water heater took too long to warm, unclean pillow case, and the hallway looks grim

The robot delivering ur food order

At first our flight got delayed and we arrived in jakarta 10 pm we alr informed we will arrived at 8pm before but then the staff informed us that our room was cancelled but booking in the app still on , i have to rebook again for extra 100k difference from the previous booking , and our room was hot the ac is not cold , but the day after they manage to change our room.
