Super OYO Townhouse 1 Hotel Salemba

The room is big, the location is in a strategic area, and the staff are nice.

When I came, the floor was dirty. They only give towels without soap or shampoo. Actually, I like the hotel because of the location and the large rooms, but they don't maintain the rooms. Because all the stuff is old, like the bed cover, which is not white anymore and has stains. The wall is also dirty. I also didn't get a cabinet to put our clothes in.

Room not cleaned , cockroaches, lift was not working optimally, Wifi was not working, payment still cash only (no edc for payment).

The price is good, the location is also good.

So, when I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist gave me the key of room number 211. When I went to the room, there were already other guests (women) in the room. The women screamed because they were shocked someone else had the key trying to open the door. I was also shocked there were people in the room. The receptionist needs to be more careful next time.
