Great facilities, plenty of pools for kids all ages, kind staff. Food was ok and fresh (remembering it being more diverse in prev years but maybe it's beginning of the season)

I could tell the hotel has been refurbished but there are still some things that could have used some renewal (faucets, toilet seats, etc...)

Food and drinks are very good and have plenty of choices! For family is 💯 perfect. We have a great time and the view very beautiful and peaceful

If they will not maintain, probably in 3 years will be degrading!

(this is going to be a very long feedback, but relevant for the people who will be staying and suggestions for improvements for next season). - Location 10/10, not crowded, such a huge space to go for a walk or stay at the pool/sea side, SO MANY POOLS, very clean pool area and very well organized. i was impressed. - Room view was amazing (balcony towards the sea) a lot of space, would be good some renovation (paint the walls, repair 2-3 things) but not THAT bothering. cleaning daily, very nice cleaning lady!!! - Food 7/10 - first of all everywhere you go, all-inclusive has mediocre food, so expectations were not high, therefore not big disappointment. alternative is the Laguna Restaurant 3 minutes by walk (AMAZING RESTAURANT BY THE WAY!!! very good cheap food!!) - very close to Thracian Cliffs for the ones who want to go there to beach but rooms are too expensive - very close to Balcik but kind-of boring extra-season, not much to do honestly, everything is closed - there is karaoke evenings - it has their own supermarket which is very good in times of needs!

Room: 3/10: what was bothering was the door to balcony, which did not seal properly when closed, together with the entrance door. It generated a lot of current and the noise during the night was something unbearable. We told the receptionist after first night, sent a bulgarian technician, zero english skills but he left dramatically so we understood that he will not repair anything. nothing got fixed so for the entire week we did not got much of sleep and almost got a cold, so I would say Room 3/10. Food could be more diverse, for 5 days it was identical and it is too bad because the location has so much potential that if you improve a bit the meal plan, it can become an extraordinary resort!!! Some ping-pong or games room could be a good idea, like board games for younger people for example to make evenings more interactive if you go extra-season (September) there is no snack bar, regardless it is included in the package - so we only had breakfast lunch dinner i had to pay for coca cola (dramatic, i know) which was a big shock, as we were 2 people who did not drink any alcoholic drinks at all for the entire week. first time i go to all inclusive and i need to pay for soft drinks (and cappuccino) comparing with other bulgarian 4 stars all-inclusive at similar pricing, there is a lot of room for improvement the real score it deserves is a decent 7 overall

I reallly loved the fact that our room had sea view! Was so nice to hear the waves! It was clean and nice, plenty of food, the beach was well-kept.

The breakfast was a bit heavy (lots of fried stuff) and not that much of an offer in vegetables/salads.
