White Lagoon Resort - All Inclusive

Terrible food, low quality rooms, poor service. Back to the 90's.

The location is awesome. The infinity pools were great. The entertainment was fine. The food was very good.

My room was under the restaurant and on top of outside terrace. The noise from outside (people on terrace) made difficult to sleep.

Excellent service, very clean, great facilities for both kids and adults, very tasty and large variety of food, professional staff. Best all inclusive hotel on 150 km range at the Black Sea. Special thanks to the hotel general manager for keeping high standards and to Mr. Rumen from the lifeguard team for making perfect atmosphere on the upper pool level and for keeping us safe

Food was so tasty that we had to eat a lot.

Great rooms. Great pools. It's a great complex in general. There's lots of stuff to do for kids starting as young as 1 year old.

the food is mediocre the coffee is not drinkable

The food was terrible, the room was not so clean as it should, and half of the pools were in terrible condition- the deck was broken with nails hanging. Overall the hotel was old and not in good maintenance. The food was not good either and you did not have any other alternative a la carte. Only poured drinks included, everything in bottle should be bought. So little options in the all inclusive.
