White Lagoon Resort - All Inclusive

The room was large, quiet and clean, with a wonderful sea view balcony. The buffet had a large variety of dishes and we were very pleased to find many sorts of vegetarian and fish-based food. The resort has several wonderful pools and aqua park and relaxing areas. The staff was friendly and helpful. Drinking water is available anytime on the lobbies.

An inside-heated pool would have been wonderful for the cold weather we encountered, we couldn't enjoy the pools or the sea during our stay. This could extend the activity of the hotel for several months. But we knew that the hotel didn't offer an inside pool when booked our vacation... and what to expect mid September? The beach had algae, but I think they didn't clean it because it was the end season, although this might be seen a bit disrespectful... During our stay, the sheets were only changed once, after putting it in the laundry basket, although the bed was arranged every day. Regarding the towels and the cleaning service, it was generally ok. At the end of our stay, we have noticed a decrease in the quality of food, it might have been because the hotel was going to close that week. Don't expect for very tasty cookies, they are generally very sweet, but many fruits were available. At the beach, the bar offers lower quality drinks than the restaurant. Only one sort of natural juice was available, the orange juice, which was also very sweet. I ended up drinking water and tea, but my husband also enjoyed the soft drinks and coffee. During cold weather, there is not much to do but relax on the sunbed and enjoy a good meal. Visiting around needs leaving the resort, it is a few km away from Balchik. But end season doesn't seem such a good idea for booking here. We only wanted to relax for a few days, so it was ok for us. I think that for those that seek for fun, carefully choosing for the very hot days of summer is a must.

It has exceeded our expectations. Great place for pure relaxation by the sea. The rooms are very clean and confortable, food is ok, I liked the fact that there were plenty of delicios fruits and vegetables for every meal. The view is beautiful from the main restaurant. The pools were all very clean and plenty of seats available at the beach (in Sept at least). Also there is big parking underground, so no need to worry about it.

Maybe some healthier options for the afternoon snack at the beach would be great. But overall, very content with everything.

It feels a bit old. And it is very very isolated. Considering it's a all inclusive hotel, is ok though.

The apartment we stayed in had big rooms. The view was amazing, tasty food and good drinks, friendly staff, the pools were clean. Actually, everywere you looked in the resort was very clean. The aqua park was all the kids needed for a great stay. There were lifeguards near every pool and on the beach also. Everywere in the resort, we had good wifi connection.

We stayed only 4 days😂.

The crib's mattress had no cover. The baby could have swallowed pieces of composition. We wrapped the mattress in 2 sheets and covered with one of our blancket. There was no rug on the floor so we couldn't let the baby there, because it was too cold. The shower drainage didn't work properly. There were staires right near the entrance and it is quite dangerous for the kids. The restaurant was in a separate building. The waterslides were not suited for little kids. We found 2 spiders which bit our little baby.
