White Rock of Kos Hotel - Adults only

Oh we loved it all!, beautiful hotel, we had a lovely room with a hot tub, perfect for early and later season visits! All rooms have lovely views, pristine clean, with a lovely buffet breakfast, room service was anmazing and as for the staff can’t do enough for you!

The view from the room was absolutely beautiful, the pool on our balcony was lovely to wake up to and the staff were so friendly. The whole experience was great, we had a very lovely relaxing week.

Our room had the most beautiful pool with stunning views. So peaceful. Gorgeous sunrise and sunsets each evening. All rooms are really private and not overlooked. Lots of cute cats near the property so if you like cute kittens you’ll love it!

Breakfast room was very bright from the glare of the sea and white paint so sometimes has to wear sunglasses for breakfast but that wasn’t really a problem. Hard to say what we didn’t like as hotel was so nice.

Friendly and good staff, with the exception of the hotel employee who replied to messages on Booking.com; The view is amazing; The room is a good size; Good welcome drink and appetizers; Good breakfast; Great lunch; Dinner was enjoyable, I felt that there was room for improvement; Amazing massage, really good spa experience; Price: I found the price to be quite reasonable. It was a true bargain, especially when compared to the prices of other 5-star hotels in the Kos area (5 nights/6 days - € 1,064.00).

I am writing to express my thoughts and experiences during my recent stay at your esteemed establishment, White Rock of Kos, which regrettably left me less than satisfied. I believe constructive feedback can lead to improvements, and I trust that my comments will be taken in that spirit. Upon my arrival, I was initially excited about my stay at your hotel. However, several issues arose that hindered my overall experience. Again, I believe it is essential to bring these concerns to your attention in the spirit of constructive feedback, which I hope will help improve the quality of service for future guests. Firstly, I encountered a significant issue with the bathroom facilities in my room. The shower caused the bathroom to flood, which was not only inconvenient but also potentially hazardous. Furthermore, the bathroom drain emitted a foul odor that persisted throughout my stay (the fact that a substantial amount of debris was extracted during this process left me concerned about the cleanliness standards), despite my attempts to address the matter with your staff. It was evident that the cleaning standards in the bathroom drain were not up to par, and this was disappointing for a guest at a hotel of your caliber. I made several complaints at the reception desk regarding these issues, and while I appreciate the prompt response in sending a professional to address the drain problem, the resolution was far from satisfactory. Despite their efforts, the unpleasant smell persisted, which compelled me to keep the bathroom door closed and the balcony door open to mitigate the discomfort. On occasion, I even resorted to using the pool area bathroom to escape the persistent odor in my room. I also contacted your hotel through Booking.com to express my concerns. Regrettably, the responses I received from your staff were less than ideal. The comments made by your employee left much to be desired in terms of customer service.

The hotel was spotlessly clean. The staff couldn’t do enough for you. The room was beautiful wouldn’t hesitate to stay again

Nice hotel, exciting view from the balcony down to the beach, all brandnew. Staff is outstanding - the crew serving breakfast was one of the best we ever experienced - extremely friendly team working. There are several buildings going down the hill - we had one of the lower ones - so to get up to the main building where the pool is located and breakfast is served there's an option to call a golf-cart at the reception or using the climbing for exercising....The suite with a jacuzzi outside is really spacious and provides a lot of privacy.

There's nothing to complain about....
