The room was great Bathroom fantastic great shower and very clean

My key wouldn't work for pool room and had to get a janitor to let me in The last night my key didn't get me in through the Arms building were our room is and I had to go to the hotel. lobby The hotel is great but the technology needs an upgrade

Room furniture is dated and has lost support. Terrible constant mechanical droning type noise which was annoying and found it hard to fall asleep

The rooms/hotel are a little dated for the price being charged. Also staffed by a lot of very young inexperienced people, so feel like the level of customer service isn’t quite up to what’s being charged

Helaas kwamen we later aan dan de bedoeling was, hierdoor hebben we niet kunnen genieten van de restaurants en alle andere amenities. Daarom geen perfecte score. De locatie was super handig voor ons. De kamers brandschoon!

The marina location was nice and the view of the lake was nice.

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far from what was advertised or expected. From the moment we arrived, the issues started piling up: • Room Condition: The room itself had a noticeable stain on the seat, setting a poor tone right away. • Amenities Misleading: The hotel advertised tea and coffee service in the room, yet there were no tea bags or a kettle provided. When I asked about this, I was told to go to the restaurant. Only after insisting did a staff member reluctantly hand over a few tea bags—still without a kettle. I had to specifically request one later. • Housekeeping Issues: On the first night, housekeeping didn’t even service our room. When they finally did on the third day (after I asked at the front desk), they failed to replace all the towels and left us with a roll of the cheapest, roughest toilet paper imaginable. Completely unacceptable for the price we paid. • Parking & Service Failures: On the second day, there was no parking available in the lot and no valet staff in sight. The front desk’s solution was to send me to another parking lot, leaving me wandering around for 10 minutes trying to sort it out. • Cleanliness of Common Areas: Old food plates were left sitting in the hallway for three days straight, attracting fruit flies—a disgusting and unhygienic sight. • Overall Service: Staff service throughout our stay was dismissive and unhelpful, with every request feeling like an inconvenience to them. This was supposed to be a special weekend celebrating my wife’s 40th birthday, but instead it turned into a frustrating and unpleasant experience. For the price charged, the quality of service and standards were shockingly poor.
