"Disappointed overall. When we checked in with our pet we were given the wrong room and had to move."

Nice size room.

When we checked in with our pet we were given the wrong room on the wrong floor. This was corrected only due to our inquiry about the promised upgrade that we did not get. Once they realized we had a pet we were moved to the second floor. The room was okay but there was excessive noise outside and in and around the building.

"Nice hotel, relaxing stay."

Nice and clean hotel. Loved the cork flooring in the room. Very nice staff who responded to requests quickly. Hot and warm pools were excellent.

Small things such as the bathroom drain was broken, so I couldn’t have a bath 🙄. Coffee machine was a bit tricky to figure out. The desk lamp where the coffee machine was didn’t work, so couldn’t see how to work it. Had to walk to the Manteo to check in, which was a pain.
