Rooms are spacious, even if not luxurious but feel like home. Best place for solo female travelers

All the staff from receptionist to all everyone are so helpful, polite and so welcoming. Only food needs to be improved rest property are so comfortable.

"The hotel needs to improve on its service. The property as such is good."

The rooms were spacious and clean.

no complementary water bottle, staff was not trained, pantry where there is a water filter is not clean, the exhaust fan in bathrooms is too small, no complementary breakfast, lack of parking space. And most importantly the AC was not working in 3 out of 4 booked rooms. The hotel asks for 100% advance payment even when facilities such as AC are not working.
