I faced a series of discomforts during my recent stay that significantly impacted the quality of my experience. Initially, I was accommodated in a room with a malfunctioning air conditioner, which was a major inconvenience. Seeking a solution, I requested a room change, only to find that the air conditioning in the new room was also ineffective and, worse, produced a constant, disturbing noise. This continuous disruption, coupled with the lack of proper climate control, severely affected my peace and comfort. This experience highlighted a worrying lack of maintenance and attention to guest services in the establishment, making it a notably unpleasant stay.

Stable internet connection fast enough for me to do my work.

Amazing management, amazing and prompt staff. Hotel rooms are spacious and clean. Service is just a call away. They help you with renting vehicle and arranging pickup and drop cabs as well. Recommended for family as well as friend groups. Thank you team XEC for a pleasant experience.

rooms are not neat, refilled body & shower gel, staffs are not friendly, very poor hospitality

Very Far from Railway Station no freekvent transportation

The hotel was very noisy at night

If you are booking a room there make sure u check it first. The ac doesn't work properly the landline doesn't work properly some unwanted guest are already in the room(like the bats). Otherwise the property is ok.
