Clean and comfortable staff were very friendly food was fine

Views from balcony was great. Air conditioner was good. Rooms were clean

Pool and hot tub closed. Couldn't upgrade.

I liked the vibe of the surroundings, the hiking trails & the views.

Unfortunately, a tornado had occurred in the early morning hours prior to my check-in & I hadn't been notified of that before my 2 hour drive. The suite was clean & lovely but there was no power, thus no hot water, no restaurant, no ice, no Wi-Fi, no lights, etc. for the first two nights. After the power was restored early morning of the 3rd day, I showered & went hiking. Upon my return to my room, I found that the ceiling had fallen in in the bathroom. The staff was great and transferred me to another lovely room for the remainder of my third day and last night. Since I had paid over $700 and the facility said they could not adjust this since I had booked through Booking.com, they suggested that I reach out to Booking.com and explain the situation.

Salad bar was tasty. Enjoyed the park. Very close from parking to room

We always love cliffy inn but the hairdryer in our room was broke but they had one available, we have to get our own towels etc., they need to update the rooms over by the patios. Didn't know the pool was being renovated had bad storm but that is Mother nature. Just disappointed but we will be back. Glad to see the microwave back in the room.

Our room was clean at first glance, but reached for dropped item and the floor along the bed had cracker crumbs and large pieces of food. The mattress pad along the side was stained yellow.
