La struttura è molto accogliente, le camere spaziose e pulite. La posizione ottima, a pochi passi dal Duomo e dalle vie principali, colazione ottima. Un grazie particolare ad Angelo della reception, che si è contraddistinto per la sua immensa gentilezza e cordialità. Consigliatissimo

Rooms were very dark and quite dated, definitely needs a renovation. The walkways of the hotel are also very un inviting. They are dark and quite spooky.

Good location and close to the train station. Staff were really great, helpful and really nice (especially the room and breakfast assistant). Breakfast was very good.

Great family hotel at the center of Messina. Optimal location, close to the University; comfortable rooms (with very good noise isolation from the street, not so much from the corridor); small but very nice common area; decent WiFi connection. Very good breakfast -- careful with the cakes and sweets: they are so good that you risk gaining weight in a few days... However, the best of all is the staff: from the director (Giovanna) to the persons in reception (Angelo, Nicola, Orazio) and the woman in charge of the kitchen and cleaning (Arlene). All of them are FANTASTIC: polite, helpful, warm, attentive to details. I spent some time in this hotel for work, with my wife, and we appreciated their hospitality more than anything else. When you have personnel with such human quality, it makes you feel like at home (or even better!) and you forget some minor material deficiencies you may find.

Very nice breakfast. Location exactly what we wanted near Duomo, gracious staff. Generous toiletries - even slippers provided. All great.
